How do I purchase Bungie Pro?

1. Power on your Xbox 360 Console
2. Insert and run your copy of Halo 3 or Halo 3: ODST
3. Once the main menu has loaded, press Start
4. On the MEDIA menu, select FILE SHARE
5. Navigate to the Bungie Pro banner and press A

I need help rendering a film clip!

1. Upload a Halo 3 Film Clip to your File Share
2. Log into your Bungie.net account
3. Browse to the Film Clip you want to render
4. Click to view the content item details
5. Click "Render Film" under File Actions

On rare occasions, a given film cannot be rendered. This is almost always because someone has constructed a custom map with so many explosions that it kills the framerate and we call it an error. Other times, the content or author has received a ban for some reason. If your content can't be rendered, your minutes will be refunded. Bungie Pro Video is a rendering service, not a hosting service. We provide the clips for you and others to download for a time (at least a month, probably many months at least) but you are responsible for downloading and storing your clip once it is available. If we have to delete old clips for space or bandwidth reasons, we will not contact you to remind you that your video is going away. Depending on bandwidth usage, we might also have to limit public viewing of clips. While we're excited to launch this feature and we expect it to be active for several years, nothing lasts forever. Don't buy a million minutes today and ask us in twenty years why you can't spend them. Bungie Pro Video is currently a Halo 3 feature. Its applicability to future games, including Halo 3: ODST, is undetermined.
