i were a mythic member when that bug occured, but at that time i didnt know what it was.
Until like, since i lost it.
I got banned for having it., by accident, and it wasnt my accident
The ban was probably just to lower your trust and take away the mythic member.
Lots of people look up to mythic members and regard their word as fact, much like ninja's and if there was an untrustworthy mythic member then havoc could ensue.
Here is my theory on the trust points system:
(note that the numbers are all made up, and in fact everybody's opinion is always wrong)
--------------------------------------------
You must have a higher post/time ratio than every other regular member to become heroic.
Your trust goes up daily and so does everyone elses which means, every day the amount of trust needed to become heroic.
So if you have an average of 10 posts per day over a period of 5 days then you have (10*5)+(1*5) which would be a trust rating of 50 for your posts and then 5 more trust points because you've been here 5 days without a ban.
Now, a person who has been here a week with a 10 posts:day ratio will not be a heroic member, because while he has been as active as a heroic member he has not been here long enough to guarantee his trust. But as you can see, a person who has been here for a year with a post:day ratio of 10 would be.
(10*365)+(1*365)=4015
Now, there are other factors; If you get banned(or warned) you might lose 1/16th of your trust points per week of your ban, or you might lose a totally different number; but the thing is, you lose trust points for breaking the rules.
Some other factors that might affect your membership are members content; if your stuff gets upped you will probably get a lot of trust for being a positive and active member (In other words, it's probably no coincidence that Predator5791 has the highest rated screenshot and is a heroic member)
The thing is though, is that the heroic membership and others are rated on a curve. If your post count average goes down, your trust will go down.
From the previous trust points to an average of 8 posts per day(from a previous 10 per day) you would get this:
(8*366)+(1*366) =3294
Which means that your trust level goes down due to inactivity.
Heroic membership can also go down due to your trust points going up at the same ratio that the trust points needed goes up; or with a lower ratio that the trust points needed goes up.
This is all dependent though on the total number of people, their trust levels and the amount of time this website has been running with the trust system activated.
