Reach has too many flaws to name. I realize it's a Beta, but really, this is just too much.
Halo CE = Win
Halo 2 = Win
Halo 3 =Win
Halo Wars = Fail
Halo 3: ODST = Fail
Halo: Reach = ?
Hmm, do I see a pattern?
I am about to name off about a Kajillion flaws that are in the Beta, but first:
Halo 3's Beta was almost exactly the same as the full game, they hardly changed anything.
Will the Full Game of Reach change from the Beta, or will they just ignore the facts that are being shoved up their asses every 5 minutes?
You have 4 months to fix the Kajillion flaws I'm about to name, if you can do it, and the Full game is stupendous, hats off to you, I was wrong. I doubt it though, and it's going to be fun ripping in everyone's faces how Bungie failed at making the Game of the Year.
Okay, here we go...:
#1) Headhunter sucks.
#2) Voting system has flaws.
#3) Too much bloom on DMR.
#4) Invasion is vastly tilted toward the Spartan's favor.
#5) Tone the Piss Rifle (Focus Rifle) down.
#6) Tell the guy with the long beard he's retarded and sucks at balancing weapons.
#7) Get rid of the Rocket Launcher Danger Close crap.
#8) DO NOT put Generator Defense in the full game without fixing the lag.
#9) Give us some form of vehicle health.
#10) It takes 5 seconds to re-lock the Generators, completely stupid.
#11) Death Zone on Boneyard.
#12) Tank spawn time on Boneyard too fast.
#13) Armor Lock
i) When in armor lock, you're invincible for about 7 seconds. This is more than enough time for a teammate to walk over and rescue the guy in the lock.
ii) When going in for a melee, the 'locker' sometimes pressed LB instead of RB. Rendering the opponent's melee useless. The armor lock blocks the melee, EMPs the guy for touching him, then pops out of the armor lock to melee the guy once for the kill.
iii) When stuck by either a sticky or Plasma Launcher grenade, the 'locker' can enter armor lock, and magically survive the blast.
iv) When being shot from across the map, the 'locker' can enter armor lock, wait for his shields to recharge, the carry on his merry way again.
#14) Grenades are like Fallout 3 Mini-Nukes.
#15) Wraith not being able to shoot when EMPed.
#16) Green Lift on Swordbase camping.
#17) Retarded SWAT madness.
#18) Assault Rifle crappyness.
#19) Grenade auto-aim.
#20) Shotgun suicide kills.
#21) Lack of SMG.
#22) Grenade rooms.
#23) Not being able to edit the names/descriptions of files.
#24) Not being able to use the name "Bungie" in your files.
#25) Lack of the Dark Pink color.
#26) New emblem maker, the up/down scroll and the RT/LT not making the scroll go faster.
#27) Guests.
#28) Tank > Wraith ness.
#29) Team names for Invasion squads.
#30) $20 000 Flashlight.
#31) Too many shots in the Plasma Launcher.
#32) Not being able too see how many of a certain medal you got.
#33) Shotgun on Swordbase.
#34) Too many rednecks saying y'all every 2 seconds.
#35) Fail of a TrueSkill system.
#36) Generators blow up too quickly using the sword.
#37) The booting system is blam'd up.
#38) The Operator class shouldn't be a class in Invasion.
#39) Time limit in Invasion for second and last stages are too short.
#40) The spawn wait is messed up, choosing the spawn point and waiting 3 seconds to confirm it.
#41) The ghost is too overpowered when it comes to splattering.
