Similar to the Stockpile issue, in Crazy King, if a host migrates, the hill will stay at it's current position through another reset.
An example:
The hill moves at 30 second intervals, so it can be predicted on the game clock (hill moves at 11:30, 11:00, 10:30, etc.), but if a host migration occurs at 11:38, the hill skips the move at 11:30 and instead moves at 11:00.
